Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern (a) use of the Adhyayan website and mobile application ("Application") and related services ("Services"), and (b) any mode of registration or usage through any medium. They are between Adhyayan Educations ("Company / We / Us") and its users ("User / You").

These Terms constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011. Your use of or access to the Application, website, or Services at any time shall signify your acceptance of these Terms.

Please read these Terms alongside our Privacy Policy. In case of conflict between these Terms and any other policy, these Terms prevail.

All content, software, text, images, graphics, video, scripts, and audio contained in the Application and Services are the proprietary property of Adhyayan Educations ("Proprietary Information"). No Proprietary Information may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, transmitted, or distributed in any way without prior written permission from the Company.

Some content may belong to third parties reproduced with their consent. All rights relating to such content remain with those third parties. You may not use third-party trademarks, logos, or service marks without their respective owner's consent.

Your use of the Application and Services is solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any use for commercial purposes, including advertising, selling, or soliciting, is strictly prohibited.

Access to our Services through subscription is non-transferable. You may not share your account credentials with any third party.

While using our Services, you must not:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Application or its contents.
• Copy, distribute, transmit, modify, reproduce, publish, or license any content from the Application without written permission.
• Use the Application for any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable purpose.
• Upload or transmit any content containing viruses, trojan horses, worms, spyware, or other harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Application, servers, or networks connected to the Application.
• Use automated tools (bots, spiders, scrapers) to access, copy, or monitor any portion of the Application.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation.
• Engage in denial-of-service attacks or otherwise interfere with the performance of the Application.
• Use the Application in any way that violates applicable Indian law or regulations.

By submitting content (questions, feedback, posts) through the Services, you grant Adhyayan a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, and distribute such content in any media. You represent and warrant that your submissions do not infringe any third-party rights.

The Company reserves the right to remove, review, edit, or delete any user-submitted content at its sole discretion, without prior notice or liability.

Adhyayan's content is developed to supplement your Ayurveda education — it is not a substitute for institution-based curriculum. Subscribing to or using our Services does not guarantee admission to any educational institution, passing of any examination, or attainment of any specific marks.

While every effort is made to keep content current and accurate, the Company assumes no liability for any errors, omissions, or outdated information. Content is provided on an "as is" basis and we reserve the right to withdraw or modify any content at any time without notice.

To access our Services you must register and maintain an account. When registering you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
• Log out at the end of each session.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at support@adhyayanapp.in.

The Company may suspend your account without liability if there is reason to believe your account is being misused. Access to the Application is dependent on internet connectivity and the Company cannot guarantee uninterrupted accessibility.

Only persons "competent to contract" under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 may register. Persons who are minors, undischarged insolvents, or otherwise legally incapacitated are not eligible to register independently. Minors may only use the Services with parental/guardian consent.

In no event shall the Company, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Application.

The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage to hardware, software, or data resulting from your use of our products or Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Application after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

General provisions: Notice — all formal notices shall be served via email to your registered account or as in-app notifications. Severability — if any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Assignment — you may not transfer your rights under these Terms to any third party.
